Article 2 (Definition of terms)
Definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows.

1. The term "service" refers to Article 2 of the Act on Civil Affairs Processing, and Acts 33 to 36 and "A of the Act on Promotion of Administrative Services for the Implementation of e-Government (hereinafter referred to as the" e-Government Act ") This refers to services such as issuance of Internet certificates issued or processed through the issuance initial screen specified in this section.
2. "User" means a user who agrees to these terms and conditions, enters into an agreement with the company and uses "Services" and "Contents" to use "Services" and "Contents."

4. Interpretation of terms not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall be in accordance with trading practices and related laws.

Article 3 (Rules other than the agreement)

2. In the case that matters not specified in these terms and conditions are stipulated in the relevant laws and regulations, the regulations shall be followed.

Article 4 (Effect of Terms and Conditions)
When using the services provided by "A", such as the issuance of Internet certification, it is assumed that these terms have been agreed upon, and from then on, these terms will take effect between "A" and "B".

Article 5 (Applicable laws and regulations)
For matters other than those specified in these terms and conditions, "Act on Civil Complaint Processing", "E-Government Act" and "Telecommunications Business Act", "Criminal Act", ordinances, constitutions and regulations of the issuing organization, and other relevant laws and regulations of Korea and It is customary.

Article 6 (Contents of Service)

1. The types of Internet certificate issuance service provided by "A" to "B" through the Internet are as follows, and may be added or restricted as necessary, and the contents shall be written on the website of the issuing institution. Replace.

   • Services such as issuance of proof of issuance: Internet All or part of the contents listed in the proof of issuance of proof of issuance are issued on the PC of "B" through the Internet or by using a printer.

2. "A" may change the contents of "Services" and "Contents" to be provided by contracts to be concluded in the event of changes in technical specifications and inevitable circumstances, and in this case, the changed contents shall be notified. However, if there are unavoidable reasons, it may not be announced in advance.

Article 7 (fee)

1. In order to use "Service" and "Contents" provided by "A", "B" shall pay the usage fee, and the usage fee shall be the amount set forth in the following subparagraphs.
   • "Services" such as issuance of Internet certificates, etc.
     Issuance fee for university certificate: statutory fee + 1,000 won
     Other fees: Legal fees + In accordance with the policy for each service content (consultation with the issuing agency)
     
   • "Contents" purchase fee
     Purchasing cost by content: content purchase fee + payment fee (subsequent to service policy)
2. If "B" uses "services" and "contents" such as the issuance of Internet certificates and pays fees, "B" cannot request cancellation or refund without reason for "A". However, this is not the case with the intention or negligence of "A".
3. "B" does not provide the issuance service if 30 days have passed from the application date after applying for "service" such as issuance of certificate, and "B" does not provide the issuance service. You cannot request a return.

Article 8 (Payment Method)

1. "B" pays "A" a fee as in the following procedures and methods.
   • Services such as issuance of proof-of-internet on the Internet: After entering the desired proof-of-certification document, the fee is paid through the payment method designated by "A" before issuance.
   • Other services: Pay the fee through the payment method designated by "A" before using the desired service.
   • Various "content" services provided by "A": Select "content" desired by "B" and pay the fee for the "content" through the payment method designated by "A" before receiving services.
   • "B" means the payment method provided by "A" may be one of the following: However, depending on the circumstances of "A", payment methods may be changed.
     - Credit card payment
     - Mobile phone payment
2. If "B" wants to issue a receipt for payment of the fee, replace it with the payment statement of the payment method company that describes the payment of the fee for "B" or the details displayed on the financial institution account of "B".
   

Article 9 (Suspension and Suspension of Service)

1. "A" may temporarily suspend the provision of "Services" and "Contents" in the event of a cause such as replacement or malfunction of the system, loss of communication, etc.
2. "A" may suspend the provision of "Service" and "Contents" in the following cases.
   • When notification is made through the homepage of the issuing agency and the initial issuance screen due to the need for "A", such as maintenance of the facility.
   • When a telecommunications operator stops providing telecommunication services
   • If the service is objectively impossible due to other force majeure reasons
3. In the case of suspension or suspension of provision of "services" and "contents" pursuant to paragraphs 1 and 2, "A" shall be notified in advance by the issuing agency through the homepage or the initial issuance screen.

Article 10 (Notice to B)
In the case of a notice notice for a large number of unspecified "B", "A" can be replaced by an individual notice by posting on the initial issuance screen provided by "A" for more than one week.

Article 11 (Service Application)
"B" using "Service" and "Contents" provided by "A" applies for the issuance certificate by entering the following information.

• When purchasing "Content" provided by "A"

Article 12 (Information Protection)

1. "A" protects all personal information provided by "B" to use "Service" as prescribed by relevant laws and regulations, and does not disclose or disclose it. However, it can be used as basic data for use and guidance according to the provision of this "service" and "content".

Article 13 (Service use time)

1. "A" provides "service" 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless otherwise specified. However, the "A" may set a separate usage time for some of the "Services" and "Contents" provided according to the type of the "Service" or the nature of the "Contents". In this case, the "A" shall use the usage time. You must notify or notify "B" in advance.
2. "A" may temporarily suspend "service" in the event of system operation time for data processing and update, maintenance work time for troubleshooting, periodic PM work, system replacement work, line failure, etc. In the case of work, the service interruption time and work details must be notified through the homepage of the issuing agency and the initial issuance screen.

Article 14 (Obligations of A)

1. "A" should make every effort to provide "services" and "contents" continuously and stably in accordance with the statutes and these terms and conditions.
2. "A" shall immediately deal with complaints of "B" related to "Service" and "Contents", and if it is difficult to process immediately, the reason and schedule of processing shall be "Service" and "Contents" You should notify the "B" through the initial issuance screen or other methods.
3. "A" retains payment information related to paid payments for more than one year.
4. In the event of unforeseen events such as natural disasters or system failures, the "Service", such as issuing, reading, and sending Internet proof, is interrupted, "A" is not responsible for the damages. However, we are obligated to do our best to recover data or support normal services.
5. If you provide or view materials related to the use of "Service" in "B" for purposes other than this "Service", you must obtain the consent of "B". However, this is not the case when there is a request from a national agency in accordance with the provisions of related laws, or when a warrant issued by a judge is given for investigation purposes.
6. If the "A" has any changes or additions to the contents of the "Services" and "Contents", it will be notified online through the "Services" and "Contents" related screens.

Article 15 (Obligations of A)

1. "B" must comply with related laws and regulations, provisions of this Agreement, and other "A" notices, and shall not engage in any activity that interferes with "A" 's "service" business.
2. At the same time as the registration or application, the paid service requested by "B" has a relationship between "A" and bonds and debts, and "B" must pay the fee within the specified time.
3. When using a credit card as a payment method, "B" must manage "B" itself to prevent loss of information such as a password. However, the responsibility for the occurrence of information loss due to the defect in the operation of the "Service" of the "A" does not fall under the obligation of the "B".
4. "B" may not use the information obtained by using "Service" by copying, copying, translating, publishing, broadcasting, or other methods without prior consent of "A" or providing it to others.
5. "B" shall not use this "service" and "content" for any purpose other than healthy purposes, and do not perform any of the following actions during use.
   • Interfering with services such as issuance of Internet certification, or damaging facilities provided for use of services such as issuing Internet complaints by means of illegal access to computers managed by "A"
   • The act of using services such as issuing Internet certificates for unfair purposes
   • Other fraudulent acts such as forgery and forgery of official documents using the contents or form of the Internet certification issuance, etc. provided, and copying the original documents and exercising them as if they were original documents
   • Other acts that harm good customs, other social order, or violate related laws

Article 16 (Warning for forgery and forgery of Internet certification issuance documents)
Any person who has committed any of the following acts for this "service" shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 10 years or by a fine not exceeding 20 million won under Articles 225 to 230 of the Penal Code.

• Acts of forgery and alteration of documents by hacking by other electronic methods, etc.

Article 17 (legal punishment for stealing another person's social security number)
Pursuant to Article 21 (Penalty) Paragraph 2 (9) of the Resident Registration Act (Enforcement Date 2006.9.24), imprisonment for not more than 3 years or a fine not exceeding 10 million won.

Article 18 (adjustment of usage fee error)

   • For overpaid fees, the amount will be returned. However, if "A" agrees, the amount to be charged is subtracted from the charges to be charged the following month.
   • If "B", which is due to receive a fare, is delinquent, it is first deducted from the fare to be returned and returned.
   • "A" will charge the sum of the underestimated amount in the following month.

Article 19 (Contract Establishment)
When applying for the "Service" of "B", there is no false information, omission or misrepresentation in the content of the application, and the contract for the use of the "Service" is established between "A" and "B" when payment of the fee payment is normally completed. See it.

Article 20 (Amendment of Terms and Conditions)

1. When "A" revises the terms and conditions, the date of application and the reason for the revision are specified and the current homepage and the initial screen of the "service" issuance, together with the current terms and conditions, are announced from 7 days before the effective date to the day before the effective date.
2. When "A" revises the terms, the terms and conditions become effective after the revision from the effective date.

Article 21 (Copyright attribution and use restrictions)
Copyright and other intellectual property rights to works created by "A" belong to "A".

Article 22 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)

1. "A" may install and operate a damage compensation mechanism to reflect the legitimate opinions or complaints raised by "B" and to compensate for the damage.
2. Complaints and opinions submitted from "A" shall be dealt with preferentially. However, if prompt processing is difficult, immediately notify "B" of the reason and schedule.
3. Disputes between "A" and "B" may be subject to the mediation of the Electronic Transaction Dispute Mediation Committee established under Article 28 of the Framework Act on Electronic Transactions and Article 15 of the Enforcement Decree, and lawsuits on such disputes are brought to the courts of the Republic of Korea Do it.
